Writing as a teenager

I believe writing as a teenager today makes writing very complicated. In today's day in age teenagers are exposed to a lot of slang. Teens believe that it is better to use slang words rather than to fully equip the full word. Sometimes it seems easy to just use slang but in the long run shortening words to make them look "cool" isn't going to make it better. It can eventually affect you in ways that may seem "dumb" but in reality a future employee looking for a job will not get hired by using "ya" or "cuz". Its better to just simply right the whole word and leave all those slangs for texting.
